I liked that they explained everything while showing me photos of surgeries they had done themselves. I had no reviews to look at anywhere, so I was curious what their style was, and they showed it well with photos. It seemed like they designed things to feel natural and sophisticated, and they said I would need to change the eye frame, but seeing the photos made it look like a completely different eye, so I trusted them. They were not especially kind, and maybe because they had a lot of pride, it felt like they would not be able to operate in the direction I wanted. The price was also way too high, so I gave up right away
