For aristocratic nose or alar reduction, to be exact, they said the alar position would need to be moved. I didn't really connect with that because I didn't want to change that much, but it seemed like they had a firm aesthetic sense and philosophy. Recommended if you want to be reborn and become a different person and change your eyes, nose, and facial contour all at once. Otherwise, if you're only doing one area, I think it would feel separate from your original, natural face.
