The doctor is truly good. Even if you are not satisfied, they will do revision surgery again. However, in the end the shape did not come out as the line I wanted. They are quite conservative and do things in a natural way. For the osteotomy part, they grind the bone down instead of breaking it. So there are not many noticeable changes afterward, which was disappointing. On top of that, the price is too high. You can think of the first surgery as the cost of revision surgery at another hospital. They use Gore-Tex instead of silicone for the bridge. That part will probably divide opinions. The director has skill, but if you want osteotomy or a pretty columella nose, you should think again before going.
