I am satisfied because my nose was very low and bulbous. Since it was my first surgery, I told them many times to make it as natural as possible, and they really did make it very natural. Now I am getting a bit greedy and want it a little higher. I also feel like the tip is drooping a bit, so I want that lifted too.
