I made an appointment with a friend and went together, and the clinic had once pushed back the appointment date. I went in for a nose consultation, and it felt like the director was a bit tired, with only the absolutely necessary parts being explained. They took photos and showed me a rough preview with Photoshop of how much it would lift at a certain millimeter level, so I could make a rough estimate. They said it might be good to get chin tip filler at the same time, but they didn't really recommend any extra procedures, which I liked.
