I only had a small tweak done to the nose tip, and it really doesn't look obvious and is fine, but it feels a little longer. As I got older, it felt like it made me look older, so that's disappointing. But there was really almost no swelling after the surgery, and seeing that my nose has been fine up to now, I think the surgical skill is really good
