An older sister I know had nose surgery at a clinic, and her original bridge was almost nonexistent and very low, but when I saw her after the school break, her nose had become nicely high. Even to a regular person, it was a high nose, but strangely it did not look like obvious plastic surgery. So I went there too and got a consultation, and it was very kind! I am a little concerned that they use Gore-Tex, though.. T_T
