The doctor who consulted me was very confident about nose surgery, and I also liked that he spoke honestly about the nose. Looking at the review photos, most of them looked natural, and the consultation manager also kindly listened more to my concerns, so I was grateful. But the way he spoke, as if everything the doctor said was right, felt a little overwhelming and made me worried, so it was hard to make a final decision about surgery.
