The doctor was kind and considerate, and explained my nose in detail. Unlike other plastic surgery clinics, he said that my nose may not have a dramatic effect, but that it would become a prettier nose after surgery, and he clearly understood what I was worried about and which part had been bothering me. I've let go of my greed and have scheduled the surgery, and I'm currently waiting for the surgery date.

I had surgery with Gore-Tex and ear cartilage. It ended up looking so natural that there isn't much difference before and after.. People couldn't even tell I had surgery. If you want an extremely natural result, I'd recommend it!
