When I said I was worried about asymmetry, they said that 4 out of 10 people have asymmetry anyway, and that trying to correct asymmetry could actually make it worse. And when I mentioned the hump, they said it was a low nose with curvature, so the plan is to smooth the curve a bit, use 3 mm Gore-Tex, and use only ear cartilage for the tip. The surgeon has been doing this for a long time, so they spoke with a lot of confidence. The director also explained things carefully!
