The director was extremely professional and did not just design a nose that was high and pretty by default, but a nose that fit my face well. He understood my needs well, and he grasped the overall harmony of my face exactly, then told me what was necessary. It felt like meeting a master. At another hospital, they said the bridge was too collapsed and osteotomy would be needed, but Director Heo said that if we did that, it would become too sharp and would not suit my round face and overall image, so he would not do it. Everywhere else, they also said alar reduction was needed, but he said that was unnecessary too, and now that I have had surgery, if I had reduced the alar base, I think my nose would have disappeared. Compared with other places, others would add everything I said I wanted, but Director Heo only did what was necessary. He said he would give me a pretty nose that would not look obviously operated on, something nine out of ten people would not notice, so I booked right away. A lot of people worry about Gore-Tex, but he has only done noses for over 20 years, so if there had been a problem with Gore-Tex, I think he would have stopped using it long ago. The facilities are not as huge and flashy as many hospitals these days, but they are clean and comfortable enough. There was no CT scan and no simulation.
