They were reasonably kind, and they gave me a discount in exchange for posting a review. Of course, blurring was allowed. The consultation manager was kind, and the doctor was kind as well. They seemed to try to talk with me for a long time, which I liked. But when I looked at the hospital reviews, they were a little different from the reviews I had expected, so I am still thinking about it.
