This was the first place I went after planning my nose surgery. It seems like the kind of place you go when you want a nose that looks like you did something, but not obviously. The director is a nose specialist, and unlike other places, they use Gore-Tex. They have used Gore-Tex for more than 20 years and say it is safe. They make an incision in the nostrils and reduce the nostrils.
