I had a short, bulbous nose and did not want silicone, so I went thinking only of alar reduction, osteotomy, and tip cartilage suturing, but I remember being surprised when they recommended L-shaped Gore-Tex... In the end I had it done somewhere else, but I still know this place is quite famous for nose surgery..!!
