The bridge was already there originally, but my nose had a slight hump and a drooping tip. As soon as they looked at me, they checked how thin my skin was and immediately explained how they would operate on the tip and the hump. Since my skin is thin, they said they would use some dermis, and they said they would use Gore-Tex. For the bridge, they said they would place a very low implant just to connect it naturally while operating on the tip. I asked if it could be raised higher, and they said that would change the impression, so it seems they prioritize a natural look. They clearly told me what could and could not be done, so I was satisfied with the consultation.
