I didn't like having a chalk-like nose shape, so I had revision surgery. They used silicone and ear cartilage, and said they also narrowed the tip of my nose. I had asked for a natural look, and the director seems to have the same taste, so it turned out very natural with hardly any visible signs. The swelling was also minimal, and overall it came out clean and neat.
