First of all, both the doctor and the consultation manager were full of confidence. First, while consulting with the doctor, I was asked what I thought the problem was, then the doctor explained the problem as he saw it and how he would operate. In my case, my thoughts were different from the doctor's, so I was told to think carefully. The conclusion was Gore-Tex under 3 mm for the bridge and ear cartilage for the tip. Then I talked with the consultation manager, who was very negative about silicone. Both of them speak very fast and seem kind, but it feels like they do not explain things in much detail. If you want a clearly defined, glamorous nose, this probably is not the place.
