The surgeon is kind and listens well. Other clinics rush through and only say what they want to say, but this place actually listens, which I liked. The downside was that they charged a consultation fee. I really disliked being pushed to book on the same day. When I said I didn’t want to put down a deposit, they basically threatened me by saying if I didn’t pay now, I couldn’t get it at that price, and that upset me too.
