I went there for a consultation, and even though I had made an appointment, there was still some waiting, but I think it was delayed a bit because they were carefully seeing each patient one by one haha First of all, the consultation manager? was very kind, and the doctor kept asking me during the consultation what exactly I was unhappy with and how I wanted to improve it, which I liked. I also liked that they explained the surgery method in a way I could understand.
