The director was said to be quite professional, so I once went for a nose consultation. At that time, I consulted about lowering the tip of the nose with the septum, and although I did not end up getting surgery, the consultation did make me want to have the surgery. But the reviews were so good that I had high expectations, and it did not quite live up to them.
