Maybe because they charge a consultation fee, the doctor was very thorough in the consultation. On the other hand, the manager was a bit person-dependent, case-by-case, but I kept asking for information and could feel them getting annoyed, which made me feel awkward lol. And it was morning, but there were so many people that I had to wait quite a while...
