I had surgery to lower the tip of my nose because it was slightly upturned. But as the swelling went down, it became too low, so I think I'll need revision surgery. Another hospital said I should do it with autologous costal cartilage, but since they were so confident, I just went with the septum. Then, when they actually opened it up, they said there wasn't enough tissue to harvest, so they couldn't raise the nose... I thought, oh no....
