They took a very long time for the consultation and explained the surgery methods and all the technical terms in very detailed, easy-to-understand language. The staff managers were all basically kind too, and the atmosphere was soft and pleasant. The hospital facilities were clean as well. It felt natural, and they seemed to prioritize the patient's needs first.
