How did they schedule the consultation time? I went at my reserved time, but I was pushed back by earlier consultations and waited more than 2 hours. The consultation manager was so intimidating that I could not ask everything I wanted to ask. Why were they coming into the room when I was talking with the doctor...? Separately, the doctor consultation was detailed and good, and I think they spent about 30 minutes with me.
