Above all, the doctor was calm and explained things well. And he also explained my questions well. I have not decided whether to have the surgery or not, but what was clear is that he did not treat the patient as just a 'consumer' and seemed to treat me with a certain level of respect as a person. Of course, I do not know whether I will have the surgery here, but the consultation was good because he was detailed and calm.
