Just as I heard, the consultation was long, professional, and detailed. The doctor carefully felt my nose, checked the inside too, and made the diagnosis. The doctor was also really nice and kind. They absolutely do not push overly aggressive procedures, only try to do exactly what is needed, ask for my opinion too, and tell me what to do while reflecting that. The manager was also kind and nice. Since I had made an appointment, there was no wait. There was a bit of a push to book the surgery right away and put down a deposit today, but overall it was manageable.
