I went for a consultation with Director [Doctor A]. Compared with other clinics, they looked all the way into my nose and gave a very detailed, thorough consultation. They were kind. But they seemed a little tired, and if I asked the director for an opinion or something, they would oddly.. explain it in a way that felt like they were questioning me? It's hard to describe.. they would speak with a slightly stern expression The consultation manager was kind. For reference, the consultations here are both long.
