First of all, the consultation with the chief surgeon was thorough, detailed, and satisfying. He gave enough explanation about nose surgery and guided me clearly on the direction of improvement. I am not sure if the consultation manager is kind. Looking at other people's reviews, some say the manager is kind too, but I guess it depends on the person.
