I went in for a consultation, and if the schedule changed they called in advance. They were so busy that they didn't have much time, but I liked that they tried their best to fit me in. Also, after seeing the reviews, I liked how natural the nose line was, and I was even more drawn to it because it uses no implant. I'm planning to have the surgery soon!!
