I had originally booked a consultation with Director Nam Yoo-gil, but I was late, so he had gone into surgery. So Director Kim Ho-gil asked if it would be okay to consult with him instead, and I said yes, so I had the consultation with Director Kim Ho-gil. Not only the director but also the staff were all calm and spoke gently, which made me speak gently too lol The explanations were detailed, and even after I said everything I wanted, they said they would do their best to adjust without showing any annoyance, so I chose this hospital.
