They were kind and explained things step by step without rushing. I got scared when they said I would need to do more things than I expected. The price was too high, so I left after just the consultation. The hospital facility was nice and everyone was kind. I went after making a reservation, but I had to wait quite a long time. They also showed me similar case photos.
