The staff are emotionless and not friendly. The director did recommend a nose line that suits me based on my face, but I could not make eye contact, so it felt weird. The director was not overly friendly either and just said what needed to be said, which was actually nice. But the staff were busy talking among themselves, and the manager kept interrupting me while we were talking. Staff friendliness was really poor. The facility is clean and pretty.
