(I forgot the exact quote... it was probably around that estimate before and after) The director and the manager were both kind, but that wasn't very important. Being kind and being good at surgery are separate things.. In the case of this director, it seems better to go in for a consultation when you already have the exact nose you want and clear requirements. In my case, I did not have a specific shape I wanted so much as I wanted something that would suit my face and look natural. So I felt our styles did not quite match, but that is just my subjective feeling.. If I had been more clear about what I wanted, it probably would have been a consultation I would have been very satisfied with.
