The consultation lasts 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes. I think mine was about 1 hour and 20 minutes. The first good point is that the consultation manager was not salesy, listened to me as much as possible, and took into account everything I wanted. There was no pressure to choose a surgery method, and no pressure to pay a deposit. I consulted with Doctor C, and he explained the surgical method in detail, showed what kind of shape would come out and how it would improve, and even drew over my photos to explain. I also brought a nose shape I did not want, and he explained why that kind of shape would appear. The disappointing part is... the doctor is scary T_T I feel like he doesn't like being asked twice, and he doesn't like long explanations.. He has a very firm surgical method of his own, and if that suits you, the shape will probably turn out well. At the end of the consultation, the manager showed me before-and-after photos.. and it seems to lean strongly toward a natural look.
