I consulted with Director Lee Gyu-ho, and first of all, he was really kind and explained my nose, the surgical method, and the possible side effects in detail and honestly. Honestly, I was going to get surgery here, but he said both rib cartilage and ear cartilage would be needed, and I thought taking both out would be hard, so I changed my mind.
