The doctor's explanation was calm and detailed. Personally, I wanted to hear calmly about the surgery method and its limits, and the doctor explained it well for 40 minutes. Maybe they were busy that day and looked very tired and not very motivated, but because they explained things without rushing, I felt reassured. But because of the manager, I can't easily decide on surgery. There had been negative feedback on the manager from various communities besides this one, about their tone, gaze, and so on, but I ignored it and thought maybe it wasn't true... lol Their tone was like an interrogating veteran detective, and their stare was really scary?? I thought, do they really talk to people like that when consulting?? Honestly I was really shocked and also felt uncomfortable, so I just looked at the floor and answered vaguely, then had the doctor connect me for the consultation. It didn't feel like I was expecting excessive friendliness, just that they lacked the basic attitude needed when dealing with people. The doctor's consultation was extremely calm and detailed in style, but when I saw the manager, I got the feeling, "Ah.. I shouldn't have surgery here." ..A clinic that was disappointing in many ways
