When I went in for the consultation, the hospital was clean so I liked it. The wait for consultation wasn't long, and they looked carefully at the line I wanted and were kind. lol The director explained the things I was curious about in a way I could understand, and it really sank in, so I left the consultation feeling clear and satisfied.
