I consulted with Director Park Yu-gil. I currently have 5 to 6 mm silicone in place, and I'm looking into revision surgery because I'm not satisfied with the shape. He said he could replace it with 3 to 4 mm silicone, build a pillar with septal cartilage, and use ear cartilage if the septal cartilage is insufficient. We would also do alar reduction and bulbous-tip correction. Rib cartilage can be used if the patient wants a clearly stronger correction, but I said I would rather not use rib cartilage if possible, so we decided to use only silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage. The quote was 6.8 million, but with selfie review, same-day payment, and other discounts, it could go down to as low as 5.8 million. For aftercare, they said they'd handle swelling care and sebum care. The interior was very Instagram-style and there were a lot of people. Even so, the wait wasn't that long, and all the staff were kind. The director is young, explained things in detail, had expertise, and seemed confident about the surgery.
