I booked for same-day consultation and same-day surgery for upper eyelid fat grafting and went ahead with it. I was a little worried because it was surgery right away, but it seemed like they did a lot of fat grafting procedures, so I trusted them and went through with it. There was no swelling from the first day, and daily life was totally possible. But if it was this little on day one, I think everything will be gone by a month later. The second session gets half price if you do it within 3 months. When I close my eyes, there are no worm-like ridges or clumping. They said they would place it in the orbital fat area, and I think it was because they put it in deeply.
