I went for a consultation at [Clinic A] about nose surgery because I wanted a high, straight nose. I had a line I wanted, and when I told the director, they reflected it well. It was not just a blind yes; they looked at my nose condition and explained the height and angle in detail, which I liked. Also, compared with other places, the consultation did not feel rushed, which was good too. I guess you really do have to get treatment at a professional place :)
