I went at my scheduled time, but they said the doctor was in surgery and told me to come back 1 hour and 30 minutes later.. They did call the day before, but I was busy with work, so it wasn't entirely not my fault either. Still, Dr. Park explained everything in great detail, which put me at ease. He also seemed highly professional, and if you want something natural, I recommend him. He explained things so enthusiastically that I kept missing the right moment to speak lol
