I had dissolved Hi-Co before surgery. They looked at it carefully and the doctor explained everything calmly, so I wasn't nervous. The recovery room was clean and the staff were kind, which I liked. Also, because of my schedule I made the appointment a bit late, but they waited for me, and I was grateful.
