I consulted with Director Kim. When you go in, they put a headband on you and take photos, and I have no idea how many shots they took from the front, side, 45 degrees, top, and bottom lol They asked whether I was wearing contacts, so just in case, it seems better not to wear colored contacts. Because the director's surgery ran late, I finally went in after waiting more than an hour and getting exhausted. Maybe because they felt bad about making me wait, or maybe that is just how they are, but they gave me a very kind consultation. They tried several times to set the line and showed me five different line heights. I asked about canthoplasty because I wanted to reduce the Mongolian fold as much as possible, but since there was already visible lacrimal caruncle, he said that making it wider too much would look unnatural, so we should do upper canthoplasty and only a very slight secondary canthoplasty of about 0.5 mm on the right side, where the fold was more severe. He said a little bit of the fold might remain, but that would be better. It was clear that he strongly preferred a natural look. I also asked about fat grafting to the buttocks and chin, but he said that would not work there and that fillers would be needed instead... (With a smile, the director said, 'There are a lot of things I cannot do, right? I just say no when something will not work' lol...) So far I had visited about five places, and this was the first one where I thought, 'Ah, this is the person. Even if it is not a huge success, it will not be a disaster.' The only thing that makes me hesitate is that there are too many people, so I am worried about whether aftercare will be handled well and whether I can get the surgery scheduled when I want. (Oh, they use sedation plus local anesthesia, and the stitches are removed unusually after 4 days.)
