Maybe because there were so many people, even though I had a reservation I had to wait a really long time before I could consult. Still, I got the feeling that the system was very well organized. The director's consultation was really detailed and he spent a long time with me. I also remember the manager being really nice.. Even though I didn't have surgery here, the consultation was good.
