Personally, I went there with huge expectations..... and it was a bit disappointing..... I waited about an hour, but the trust level dropped a lot as soon as the director said he was going to remove fat from my eyes... Three hospitals had already told me it was skin, not fat... After that I didn't really listen anymore.......
