Since I decided not to have surgery, I did not have high expectations. The coordinator was terrible at consulting and sounded like a robot. The waiting time was way too long, and I had no idea why. The doctor’s consultation was professional, very professional, and even taught me things I did not know, so there were a lot of things I could not do. And he was so sharp-tongued.

The staff were just okay in terms of friendliness, not bad. It was consultation with the director first, then a doctor consultation, then another consultation with the director, and they even took photos. The doctor explained things well…
