The doctor seems to have accuracy and reliability, but there is a bit of distance from kindness? That does not mean the doctor is rude, but the doctor is not especially kind.. Still, the doctor carefully looks at what is needed and the eyes in detail and listens to everything I want. And the consultation director is really kind.
