1. I'm not sure if all the staff are like this, but the receptionist and the person who took photos were both very unfriendly. Even the consultation director did not feel friendly and was cold. 2. I consulted with Director Kim, and he was kind and easy to talk to. But he seemed pressed for time and gave the impression that he wanted to end the consultation quickly, so it was hard to talk at length, which was very disappointing. I also felt the lack of professionalism in that he would design the surgery method and shape in a way unrelated to what the patient wanted.
