I had a consultation for eye surgery with Director Kim! I visited with a reservation, but I had to wait almost 1 hour and 20 minutes before seeing the director. I was already exhausted by the long wait before even getting the consultation. Director Kim showed me about five different eyelid line heights and had me choose the one I liked. He explained the surgical methods that matched each line while setting multiple lines for me, which helped a lot in choosing. I felt that the director was skilled. However, the consultation with the manager was not great. I've been to six places so far, and she was the least friendly of all. The director seems skilled, but the clinic itself is so chaotic and crowded that I'm worried whether they can really take good care of me. I think I need to think it over.
