I consulted with Director [Doctor A], and they were extremely kind and recommended only what was necessary! They also explained why I should not do certain things, so I felt it was professional. But the day before the consultation, they suddenly contacted me asking to adjust the appointment time, which was a bit surprising, and when I went there the waiting time was almost 1 hour.. The coordinator was kind, but a little pushy... Still, it made me want to actually get the procedure done here!
